DELIVERY TO BELGIUM AND THE NETHERLANDS

·                Free shipping on orders of €250 and above.

·                €5.99 shipping fee for orders below €250.

DELIVERY TO GERMANY, FRANCE AND LUXEMBOURG

·                Free shipping on orders of €250 and above.

·                €7.99 shipping fee for orders below €250.

DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES

·                Flat shipping fee of €9.99.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel on the courier's website.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a public holiday, after 1:00 p.m., on a Friday, or during the weekend may be subject to a slight delay.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Please allow for a slight delay during public holidays. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day and delivered within 3–5 business days.
