Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return a paid item, you must also return all free products included with your purchase. If the free item is not returned, its value will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

How to make a return?

  1. Go to the return portal: https://jdubois.rtrn.shop/. Returns are handled by Dubois.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase in the required fields.
  3. After submitting your return request, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will also contain your return label. Download and print it.
  4. Make sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels still visible on the package. Clearly attach the new return label to the parcel.
  5. Drop off your package at the nearest return location.

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide you with an appropriate solution.

Returns and refunds

After your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse, your refund will be processed. You will automatically receive a confirmation email. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items that are not returned in their original condition, are incomplete or are damaged without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are always issued through the payment method used for the original purchase and are processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved. Depending on your bank or credit card company, the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary.

European Union: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For purchases made within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.

Items must be returned as described above, in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with their original tags and in their original packaging.
